Scheduling patients
Tracking patient tests
Viewing schedules
Viewing running tests

2.2 User-Generated Content: Users may load patient details, create schedules, and track tasks within the Application.

3. User Behavior and Guidelines

3.1 HIPAA Guidelines: Users must adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) when accessing and sharing patient information through the Application.

4. Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 No Financial Transactions: The Application does not involve any financial transactions or payments.

5. Age Restrictions

5.1 No Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions or requirements for users of the Application.

6. Third-Party Services and APIs

6.1 Integration with Third-Party Services: The Application may utilize third-party services or APIs, such as Zoom, eFax, SMS, AWS, etc., to enhance its functionality and provide additional services to users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Healthcare Disclaimer: The Application is intended for use by authorized healthcare professionals and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7.2 Data Security: While Provider takes reasonable measures to secure the Application and user data, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are encouraged to report any unauthorized access or breaches.

7.3 No Warranty: The Application is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations, express or implied. Provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.4 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Application.
